Kyle C. Zimmermann
About
Kyle Zimmermann is a civil trial attorney focusing his practice on personal injury claims, such as automobile accidents, commercial business disputes, and estate litigation. Kyle has close ties to the Hampton Roads community having grown up in Portsmouth/Suffolk, attended Christopher Newport University, and attended Regent University School of Law. While at Regent, Kyle served as a staff editor for Regent’s flagship academic journal, the Regent University Law Review, was the President of Regent’s Business Law Society, and was a member of Regent’s Trial Advocacy Board.
In his practice, Kyle has represented individuals, businesses, and business owners in a wide array of disputes including, but not limited to, contract disputes, fraud, shareholder derivative suits, real estate disputes, wills contests, and trust beneficiary suits. The aspect of litigation that Kyle enjoys the most is the opportunity to be a voice for others and zealously advocate for real-world people and businesses. In doing so, he has obtained favorable outcomes for his clients.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys binge-watching TV shows with his wife, exercising at the gym, and golf.
